Battlefield 6 Multiplayer Reveal, Release Date, and Massive Open Beta Details

Electronic Arts (EA) and Battlefield Studios have officially revealed the release date for Battlefield 6 after dropping the multiplayer gameplay trailer.

The trailer shows that the game will launch globally on October 10, 2025, and will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, EA App, and Epic Games Store.

A World on the Brink

Set in the year 2027, Battlefield 6 throws players into a fractured global conflict following a high-profile assassination that has shaken the world order. NATO lies broken, and a new power, PAX ARMATA, a ruthless private military group, emerges to fill the vacuum. Players will experience modern warfare at a scale and depth never seen before in the franchise.

Core Gameplay – A New Era of Tactical Combat

Battlefield 6 introduces the Kinesthetic Combat System, overhauling movement and gunplay to offer greater mobility and tactical freedom. Key gameplay additions include:

• Drag and Revive: Pull fallen teammates to safety before reviving.
• Weapon Mounting: Secure weapons to walls for added recoil control.
• Enhanced Destruction System: Transform the battlefield with dynamic environmental damage.
