KONAMI has recently announced that the adventure game Survival Kids is now available for pre-order months ahead of its initial launch on June 5 for the Nintendo Switch 2.

In Survival Kids, players step into the shoes of four curious children stranded on a mysterious chain of uncharted islands. Armed only with a worn map and their collective wits, they must work together to explore the land, overcome environmental hazards, and uncover long-buried secrets. The experience is filled with cooperative puzzles, engaging survival challenges, and a streamlined crafting system that keeps gameplay moving without the hassle of cumbersome inventory management.

Originally launched on the Game Boy Color in 1999, Survival Kids became a cult classic thanks to its open-ended survival mechanics and story-driven exploration. This modern reimagining builds on the original’s adventurous spirit, introducing new co-op systems and expanded multiplayer options.

Combining charming visuals, accessible gameplay, and a rich sense of adventure, Survival Kids offers more than just a survival experience, it delivers a fully cooperative adventure designed specifically for the Nintendo Switch 2.

With support for local, online, and hybrid co-op, Survival Kids taps into the Nintendo Switch 2’s powerful new capabilities, including the seamless GameChat integration. Friends can dive into two-player split-screen couch co-op, or join up to four players online to explore, craft, and take on the island’s many challenges together.
