Shift Up has officially announced that Goddess of Victory: NIKKE will collaborate with the popular light novel and anime series, Re:ZERO.

A day after they posted a preview, the announcement came in an X/Twitter post, revealing the collaboration.

For the collaboration, fan-favorite characters from the Re:ZERO series will be joining Goddess of War: NIKKE as limited time battlesuit, them being:

Emilia

• Manufacturer: ABNORMAL
• Affiliation: Emilia’s Faction  
• Weapon: Rocket Launcher

With a heart of gold, she is one of the candidates for the throne of the Dragon Kingdom, Lugunica.

Rem

• Manufacturer: ABNORMAL
• Affiliation: Emilia’s Faction
• Weapon: Machine Gun

She excels at various household chores and adores her twin sister Ram.

Ram

• Manufacturer: ABNORMAL
• Affiliation: Emilia’s Faction
• Weapon: Sniper Rifle

Used to be a prodigy of the Demons, where she once possessed immeasurable power. However, this power has vanished after she lost her horn.

Re:CIPE For You

A new story event mission will also be available during the event, titled Re:CIPE For You, the description for the story is as follows:

The D-WAVE has been detected in the Ark, pulsating within the house of a collector who hoards items from the surface.
With that, Emilia, Rem, and Ram embark on a quest to obtain the items imbued with D-WAVE.

The event will be split into two parts, with Part 1 starting from March 21, 2024, to April 11, 2024. While Part 2 starts on March 28, 2024, and ends on the same date.

New Outfits

In addition to the battlesuits, Emilia and Rem will also be receiving new costumes for the event, and these can be obtained by finishing the story event mission after obtaining the characters, the costumes are:

Emilia – Spring Breeze

Rem – Handy Maid

Aside from the free costumes, Emilia – Clumsy Maid and Rem – Pure Blossom will also be available as additional costumes, as well as an outfit for Rosanna with Ms.Dangerous.

Pre-event Activity

In celebration of NIKKE’s crossover with Re:ZERO, Shift Up is holding a pre-event activity through its official X/Twitter account, where players can stand a chance to win official NIKKE merchandise by retweeting event-related tweets during the activity.

To be eligible for the pre-event activity, fans will need to follow the official Goddess of Victory: NIKKE English X/Twitter account and retweet the respective posts before the deadline, which is 20th March 2024. (UTC+9) and 25th March 2024 (UTC+9) respectively.

Goddess of Victory: NIKKE has previously collaborated with other popular anime and game series, such as collaborating with Chainsaw Man in February 2023, with iconic characters such as Makima, Power, and Himeno joining the game.

More recently, they collaborated with NieR: Automata in September 2023, bringing in many references and the widely popular characters 2B, A2, and Pascal from the original franchise.

Goddess of Victory: NIKKE is a third-person shooter role-playing game developed by South Korean company Shift Up, the game was first released on Android and iOS in 2022, before being eventually added on Windows in 2023.
