Wright Flyer Studios has announced the end of service for the International version of DanMachi Memoria Freese, shutting down the US, EU, TW, and KR editions of the game.

According to the announcement notice, the International version of DanMachi Memoria Freese will end its service on February 28th, 2024, at 10 PM (PST).

Service End Schedule

In the announcement, the details of the service ending schedule are as follows:

• Sales of in-app currency Paid Iris ending – 27 December 2023, at 6 PM (PST)
• New subscriptions or renewals of Premium Subscription Services halting – 27 December 2023, at 6 PM (PST)
• End of Service – 28 February 2024, at 10 PM (PST)

Players who are currently subscribed to Syr’s Daily Lunch Box Set or Hostess of Fertility Full Course before December 27th, are still able to claim rewards until 1 month has passed since the renewal date.

The developers also noted that they will be offering compensation to players who are subscribed to the Premium Subscription Services.

Memoria Aether also will be sent out to alleviate the lack of them to upgrade the Premium Subscription Services to the fullest.

In addition, the developers will be offering a refund to users who still have unused Paid Iris to comply with the ending of service, and players are advised not to uninstall the game.

Memoria Freese

DanMachi Memoria Freese is a turn-based RPG based on the “Is it Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?” light novel series, better known in its Japanese language shorthand DanMachi, by writer Fujino Ōmori.

The game was originally released in June 2017 in Japan before receiving an English localization for a global release in April of 2018.

As of writing, DanMachi Memoria Freese managed to amass a total revenue of over $150 million USD across multiple countries including Japan.

Not counting Japan, USA lead the charge with the highest contribution to revenue with Taiwan and Hong Kong following behind.

Since 2017, the game has also garnered total downloads of 3,353,666 with the majority of players installing the RPG on their iOS devices.
