Just weeks after it was announced for Singapore, it looks like the latest Pokemon Mcdonalds collaboration is now available in Malaysia as well.
The McDonalds Malaysia website has updated with more details on the collaboration, showing the list of Match Battle Cards you’ll be able to get as part of the Happy Meal.
The promotion is available from 2nd November, with a new set of cards being given every week
“Team up for battle with the all new Pokémon Scarlet & Violet character cards and flip coins. Build your collectible set and trade with friends too!”, the post reads. “Plus, scan the QR code on every pack for a digital experience and unlock hidden Pokémon facts.”
The packs contain one booster pack for the Pokemon TCG that contains 4 cards, as well as a challenge coin and rules for how to play the Match Battle game.
Additionally, purchasing the Happy Meal will also include the special Pikachu Happy Meal box, which includes a QR code for Pokemon facts.
This is far from the first time Pokemon has done a collaboration with McDonalds Malaysia- The Pokemon Company itself has a strong presence in Malaysia, with plenty of events and partnerships with local chains.
