The latest game in the WarioWare series titled WarioWare Move It has been announced at the recent Nintendo Direct. The game will be launching for the Nintendo Switch on the 3rd of November 2023.

“Strike a pose and react with over 200 lightning-fast microgames, co-op play for 2 players, and party modes for up to 4 players”!

The core theme of this game seems to be to use of two Switch joycons to complete different microgames using unorthodox motion controls using both your hands and your feet. This has a lot in common with the Wii game WarioWare: Smooth Moves and considering how similar their names are, I wouldn’t be surprised if WarioWare: Move It was directly inspired by Smooth Moves.

In addition to the usual WarioWare rounds of microgame action, the trailer also says the game will include a new Party mode where up to four players can play. Wario is clearly taking some ideas from his old rival when making this latest title.

This will be the second WarioWare title to launch for the Switch after 2021’s WarioWare: Get It Together.

WarioWare: Move It will launch for the Nintendo Switch on the 3rd of November 2023.
