MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM BATTLE OPERATION 2’s Celebration Campaign has begun!

Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia announced that MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM BATTLE OPERATION 2 is currently holding a Celebration Campaign.

Celebrating 5 million downloads, the campaign will take place from Thursday, 16 March 2023 till Thursday 30 March 2023, 12:59pm SGT and is available for both the Playstation 5 and the Playstation 4.

Players who log in for the first time during this period will get three units of “Ex-S Gundam”, “The-O” and “Z Gundam [HML]” for free, as well 500,000 DP, Mechanic tickets and more.

Not only that, a special Supply Drop that will only give a Mobile Suit of ★★ or higher will be given for free daily throughout the event.

Players will also be able to request 10 Consecutive Supply Drops up till STEP 3 – with STEPs progressing by 1 each time through the Special STEP UP Supply Drops offered during the campaign period which has popular Mobile Suits such as Rebawoo, Delta Plus, and Baund Doc as the Mobile Suits that can be obtained as a bonus for each STEP.

Container discovery rates for all players will also be at 100%, and the number of copper containers required to be found before a guaranteed Gold, Silver or Platinum is obtained will change from 10 to 3.

In celebration of the TV broadcast of Mobile Suit Gundam Narrative in Japan, MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM BATTLE OPERATION 2 will also hold the Sinanju Stein (ZA) Limited Supply Drop Campaign from now till Thursday, 23 March 2023, 12:30PM SGT. which players would be able to get a free Dijeh by simply logging in.

Mobile Suit Gundam: Battle Operation 2 is an online free-to-play action game released exclusively for the Playstation 4 via the Playstation Store in July of 2018. Unlike Gundam Battle Operation NEXT, the first spinoff to the original Mobile Suit Gundam: Battle Operation, Battle Operation 2 is closer to a true sequel that keeps and expands upon the gameplay mechanics of the original title, and completely abandons the fast-paced, arcade-styled elements of NEXT. The game was initially only released in Japan, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. An English language option was added on October 24, 2018. The game was released to western territories, Including North America and several European countries in October of 2019.
