Leaks surrounding the upcoming collaboration between PUBG New State and the NieR series appears to have censored 2B and Kainé.

Yesterday, dataminer PlayerIGN posted leaks of the content in the upcoming collab. The leaks suggest that most of the new content are cosmetic items based on NieR: Automata and NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139… 

However, what’s particularly noteworthy are the images of 2B and Kainé as seen below:

In NieR: Automata, 2B’s upper thighs are bare. However, the leaks suggest that her stockings will extend all the way to her waist. The white part of her dress has also been darkened.

As for Kainé, the exposed skin of her bandaged left arm and left leg appears to have been covered or darkened. The same goes for her bust region which also has been covered.

Note that these cosmetic items from the leaks appear to be available as both costume sets and individual parts, like gloves, blindfolds and others. Other items discovered by PlayerIGN include a NieR: Automata parachute and logos based on the two games. Emil’s head will also be available.

The collaboration will be available soon at an unspecified date. Whether or not the final designs of the NieR cosmetic items will be censored is still uncertain.
