Spider-Man: No Way Home has become the highest-grossing film that Sony Pictures have ever produced. The movie has managed to gross over $1.13 billion US dollars at the box office.

It has only been two weeks since the movie came out in theatres in most regions. It is the first film to be able to reach this milestone since Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalkers came out in 2019, about two years ago, the first during the pandemic era.

Spider-Man: No Way Home is the latest movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the third movie in the Tom Holland Spider-Man series. The film sees Peter Parker (Tom Holland) have his identity as Spider-Man exposed to the public. When he attempts to get Doctor Strange to wipe everyone’s memory, he ends up transporting villains from the previous Spider-Man movies into their universe including The Green Goblin (Willem Dafoe) and Doctor Octopus (Alfred Molina)

There are still several countries where the film has still not been released, including China, The Philippines, and Japan meaning that Spider-Man: No Way Home will likely be grossing even higher in the near future.
