Explore Liberl in First-Person
The standout feature of version 1.0.5 is the new first-person mode, which allows players to view the world of Liberl through the eyes of Estelle and Joshua. This mode offers a fresh, more intimate perspective on the game’s environments and towns.

Players can also now hide the user interface, making it easier to take clean screenshots or simply enjoy a clutter-free view during exploration. Controls for this mode vary depending on the platform:
| Platform | First-person mode | Hide User Interface |
| Nintendo Switch 2 / Switch | R+ZL | R+ZR |
| PlayStation 5 | R1 + L2 | R1 + R2 |
| Steam Gamepad | RB+LT | RB+RT |
| Steam Keyboard | Insert | X |
New Visual Settings on Nintendo Switch 2
Nintendo Switch 2 players will now find new visual options that let them prioritize either image quality or performance. While these options don’t enable native 4K 30fps or 1080p 60fps modes, they provide flexibility for players to tailor visuals to their preferences.

Alongside this, the update includes a “Message Sending Speed” setting and several bug fixes and typo corrections to polish the overall experience. Version 1.0.5 is available now on PlayStation 5 and PC (Steam), with the Switch 2 and Switch editions following soon.

Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter is currently available for Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC (Steam). For more updates on the game, be sure to follow their official X account.
