Super Evil Megacorp has just announced the release date for the Switch port for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT): Splintered Fate. It will be available for purchase on July 17 for 29.99 USD (~141 MYR). TMNT: Splintered Fate is a roguelike-action game that was released on Apple Arcade on May 4, 2023. The Switch release for TMNT: Splintered Fate was first announced in April 17, 2024.
When Splinter is kidnapped by Shredder, mysterious portals simultaneously appear across NYC. With April and Metalhead analysing recovered artifacts for clues, the Turtles battle to recover their father from the clutches of the Foot Clan. However, as the gang gets ever closer to Splinter’s otherworldly location, an even greater threat lingers in the shadows…
Set across four unique New York City environments, the game keeps Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fans enthralled from start to finish, as players encounter familiar allies, tons of easter eggs and references across collectibles and narrative, and encounters with iconic bosses including, of course, the mutant duo Bebop and Rocksteady and archenemy Shredder.
TMNT: Splintered Fate features fast-flowing combat, a diverse build system that will allow players to build the elemental infused Teenage Turtle of their dreams, bodacious co-op capabilities, and improved visual design, graphics and audio quality.
Choose between Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael or Michelangelo and have fun with their unique powers and abilities. As with all roguelikes, no two runs are the same. There are randomized power-ups, room layouts, and boss modifiers to keep you on your toes.
