SEGA announces the launch of the SpongeBob SquarePants Pack for Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds. Players can dive into the DLC today, and the update adds a full wave of Bikini Bottom content. The crossover introduces two racers, a new Machine, a themed course, and several original music tracks that capture the energy of the series. As the DLC arrives, the SpongeBob SquarePants Festival will begin on November 21. The event brings a weekend of team-based challenges, and it provides players with exclusive rewards for completing special missions. The festival aims to keep the excitement high throughout the crossover period.
SpongeBob and Patrick Hit the Track!
SpongeBob and Patrick now join the game’s lineup, and players can race them across the new Bikini Bottom course. The Patty Wagon also enters the track, giving fans a familiar machine to drive. Additionally, the collaboration brings original music to the Jukebox, and each track boosts the lively SpongeBob atmosphere during races.
SpongeBob SquarePants Festival
The SpongeBob SquarePants Festival runs from November 21 at 8:00 AM (UTC+8) to November 24 at 7:59 AM. During the event, players must pick a team and take on rotating challenges that test different racing skills. As they complete missions, they earn Festival Points, and these points unlock exclusive event items throughout the weekend.
Furthermore, SEGA confirms that festival gadgets may return in future updates. The team may also introduce new ways to obtain past rewards. However, deleting save data removes all festival items permanently, so players should proceed with care.
