Netflix has released a new teaser trailer for the upcoming animated series, Sonic Prime and you can check out the teaser trailer down below.
Sonic Prime is an upcoming 3D animated series and will feature characters from the Sonic the Hedgehog series such as Sonic, Shadow and Dr. Eggman. Not much is known about the series other than the fact the series will be using the concept of multiverse as the plot for the series and the fate of the multiverse lies on Sonic.

Sonic Prime is set to be streamed on Netflix, making it the first of the Sonic the Hedgehog series to make its debut on a streaming service. The series is animated at WildBrain’s Vancouver Studio and is planned to be released in the winter this year with a run of 24 episodes.
An upcoming live-action television mini series for Sonic the Hedgehog is also in the works. The mini-series is expected to release next year as a spin-off to the Sonic the Hedgehog film and is stated to serve as a transition between the second film and the third film.
