As we approach the month of March, That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime ISEKAI Memories has dropped a new water-element princess banner. All players who log in will receive a free 4★ Ranga, but we’ll be focusing on the two new recruitable 5★ units in “Princesses of Inner Peace Part 1”.
Leading this water element-themed month is [Brave Knight Girl] Alice Rondo. A physical unit, Alice has a single-target Secret Skill, which is great. In terms of stats, she leans towards having a higher HP.
The Brave Knight Girl has a remarkable 1st skill, capable of increasing allies’ pierce rate by 80% (1 turn) and reducing enemies’ water resistance by 30% (2 turns) for a cost of 65/55 skill points. Her 2nd skill is Soul Change which switches 2 Souls of Divine Protection for 2 Souls of Skills.
Overall, she is a great unit with few weaknesses. She can be considered a better version of [Steel Annihilator] Shion, and may be even better later in March if better water units drop.
[Quiet Knight Girl] Chloe Aubert is the Protection Character available in the same banner as Alice. Chloe’s Divine Protection is extremely good. She can increase skill cost limit by 40% for the rest of the battle, but the more noteworthy effect is increasing Soul of Combos (Secret Skill) damage by 30% for three turns! While this may be weaker than Wind Milim’s buff, being able to keep it up for 3 turns is huge. Because this is a Divine Protection and it doesn’t cost any skill points, you’re free to use other buffs to further increase damage.
Both Alice and Chloe in this banner are fantastic units that work even better in water teams. In particular, Chloe is an amazing Protection Character who offers something completely different from other Protection Characters. I highly recommend pulling for the Princess banner simply because both 5★ characters are very useful in Slime ISEKAI Memories.
