The developers of The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross announced a slew of new content, coinciding with the game’s half-anniversary. The Half-Anniversary event will run all month long.

New Characters

The update adds two new characters to the game, including the long-awaited SSR “Virtual Body Doubles” Lostvayne Meliodas.  “Virtual Body Doubles” Lostvayne Meliodas increases card grades when struck by a critical hit. It also has a special skill to attack enemies with a dominant attribute, regardless of its inner attribute.

Additionally,you can also get SSR The Ten Commandments Fraudrin of Selflessness. While both of these characters are available via the Draw of Half Anniversary Event, The Ten Commandments Fraudrin of Selflessness can also be acquired for free via special missions in the game.

New Boss Fights

The game is also receiving new bossfights. The Seven Catastrophes Special is a cool new boss fight consisting of the seven original characters from The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross. On top of that, clearing this boss unlocks the second new boss: Awakened Lillia Disaster Battle.

The Awakened Lillia Disaster Battle is a two-player boss fight that has 3 difficulty levels. Clearing this boss will reward the player with Disaster Medals. These rewards can then be exchanged for valuable prizes. These include:

• SSR Doombringer Mage Lillia,
• a Part 2 SSR Draw Ticket,
• UR Costumes designed by Nakaba Suzuki
• other valuable items.

 Half Anniversary Events

The game is getting a half-anniversary event as well, with all sorts of activities for players to take part in.

• Half Anniversary Mission – Players can get The Ten Commandments Fraudrin of Selflessness,a new SSR grade character, once they complete the special half-anniversary mission
• Half Anniversary Bingo – Collect bingo ticket numbers acquired through modes like Free Stage and Boss Battle. These complete Bingo lines, which can be used to obtain growth materials.
• Other Events – Other multiple events are also available for celebration of Half Anniversary. These include Big Rewards Dungeon Event, Sudden Event of Training Grotto, Social Media Event and others.

New In-App Purchases

Additionally, this update will also add new items to purchase via the game’s in-app store.

• Half Anniversary Hawk Pass – This new pass includes Half Anniversary Festival Ticket and Half Anniversary Hero Selection Ticket to grant “Virtual Body Doubles” Lostvayne Meliodas and other SSR heroes.
•  Encore of Popular Costumes – Players can access to reprinted version of older costumes such as: Demon King Meliodas and King’s Costume Sets of Most Malevolent Knighthood, Gilthunder and Howzer’s Costume Sets of Holy Knight Armor
