Mobile RPG Project Tokyo Dolls is getting a big boost with the addition of a Project Tokyo Dolls X Nipako-chan event, starting today.
The event sees the addition of Nipako-chan, the personification of a pair of plastic modelling nippers. Nipper-themed weapons are also being added to the game, complete with their own special move. Naturally, being an extension of the nipper theme, the move ties back into plastic model kits.
Additionally, the game’s other characters will also receive new items. These will be unlocked upon successfully pulling the UR Nipako.
The weapons are all based off of model-building tools. One of these is a paint brush, while the other is an airbrush. Of course, there is a hammer with a giant pair of nippers attached to it.
The Project Tokyo Dolls X Nipako-chan collaboration will also add a special limited banner to obtain the UR Nipako-chan. Additionally, there will also be a Special and Step-up banner to obtain Nipako.
Disguised as a rising idol group in Tokyo called DOLLS, Nanami, Reina, Hiyo, Misaki, Sakura, Shiori, Yuki, Aya, Yamada are in fact the country’s special force for eliminating Pygmalion, the extraterrestrial organisms hidden in the city.
