Acer has been on the train, pushing out their products for their Predator Helios series. Today we present the all new Predator Helios 700! Predator Helios 700 features a wide range of high-end GAMING components and we will bring you through every detail!

The Helios 700 comes with the signature HyperDrift Keyboard that is being marketed widely with this laptop. The keyboard itself is pushed outwards which means that there are more space and ventilation for the fans that Acer plans to push harder on.

Speaking of ventilation, Predator Helios 700 HyperDrift design allows more airflow to not just flow through the back and sides of the laptop, but also at the front of the screen as well! From what Acer said, it promises up to 18.9% of airflow through the design of it! Impressive! The mesh and Corning Gorilla glass offers a view of the customized thermals at work. The fans used in this laptop are the Dual 4th Gen Aeroblade 3D Fans that is said to maximize the airflow at the same time minimizing the noise through the 59 specially designed ultra-thin (0.1mm) bionic metal blades. We might need to tell you to upgrade to a noise-cancelling headphones or headset as this also enhances the noise!

With their HyperDrift design, users can easily overclock their on-board settings by Acer. With either the PREDATORSENSE or simply just sliding the keyboard out, you can now play your game with different performance! Not forgetting about the keyboard, Predator Helios 700 also comes with a per-key RGB lightning, anti-ghosting and MagForce WASD keys. The MagForce Keys use analog-like linear switches that trigger actuation immediately upon the initial press, increasing precision for all user needs.

On the other hand, we tried lifting the machine and we can tell you that, this is quite a weight to be carried. It is weighted at 4.8 KG.

Do you think you will buy it? For me it was pretty good, but do I think it can be a replacement for a desktop PC like how they marketed it? I would say it is pretty subjective to a person, especially considering the weight of the laptop.
