Capcom has officially moved the release date for its upcoming sci-fi action-adventure game PRAGMATA. The game will now launch on April 17, 2026, one week earlier than its previously announced April 24 release.
The highly anticipated title will be available on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam. After several years of waiting and multiple updates on the project, players will finally get the chance to experience Capcom’s mysterious lunar adventure sooner than expected.
A New Look at the Moon Setting

Alongside the release date change, Capcom also shared a brand-new trailer that highlights more of the game’s setting and environments. The footage offers a closer look at several previously unseen locations within the game’s lunar research station.
One of the featured areas is the surface of the Moon, which appears to play a key role in the story’s setting and atmosphere. The trailer also introduces a striking greenhouse-like sector inside the station. This lush environment contrasts sharply with the cold and sterile structures surrounding it, creating a visually distinct space where new enemies await the protagonists.

Players will once again follow Hugh and Diana as they attempt to escape the lunar facility and return safely to Earth. These new areas suggest that the journey will involve exploring diverse environments while confronting increasingly dangerous threats.
The Shelter Hub and Cabin Support Robot

The latest footage also introduces new features inside the Shelter, which acts as the game’s central hub area. Within this safe zone, Hugh and Diana encounter Cabin, a support robot that assists players with several functions while they prepare for the next mission.
One of the key activities available here is the Cabin Stamp Club. Players can collect Cabin Coins during gameplay and exchange them for rewards on a stamp board. Completing rows on the board unlocks additional bonuses, giving players another reason to explore and complete objectives.
Cabin also manages the Shelter’s jukebox system, allowing players to change the background music while relaxing in the hub area. More tracks become available as players progress through the game, gradually expanding the soundtrack they can enjoy between missions.
Customisation and Deluxe Edition Extras

The Shelter hub also serves as the main location where players can equip cosmetic items and unlockable extras. This includes various rewards from the game’s Deluxe Edition.
The Shelter Variety Pack included in the Deluxe Edition adds several optional bonuses. These include extra costumes, a weapon skin, new gestures for Diana, additional Shelter music tracks, and a digital collection of artwork. These extras give players additional ways to personalise their experience while exploring the lunar station.
Pre-Order Bonuses and Demo Now Available

Pre-orders for PRAGMATA are already available and include special themed outfits for the game’s two protagonists. Players who pre-order the game will receive the Neo Bushido outfit for Hugh, which features a samurai-inspired design. Diana will receive the Neo Kunoichi costume, a ninja-themed outfit that complements her role in the adventure.
For those who want to try the game before launch, Capcom has also released the PRAGMATA Sketchbook demo. This demo offers an early look at the game’s unique gameplay systems and its blend of action, exploration, and puzzle-solving.

With the release date now moved up to April 17, the long-awaited sci-fi adventure is closer than ever. After years of anticipation and mystery surrounding the project, PRAGMATA is finally preparing to make its debut across modern gaming platforms.
