Today, the Grand Finals of the Asia Pacific Predator League Dota 2 Tournament has ended with Filipino Team Polaris Esports defeating Execration 2-1, achieving victory as this year’s champions.
As the victors of the championship, they’ll be taking home USD $75,000 which is an estimated RM347,000.
The Asia Pacific Predator League 2022 Grand Final is based on a best-of-three-match format. Although Execration took the lead to win the first game, they could not maintain momentum throughout the battle.
After being defeated by Polaris Esports with a landslide advantage in the second game, they were unable to recover, and they were also strongly suppressed by Polaris in the third game. In the end, it was Polaris Esports who came out on top with an extraordinary performance.
