Persona 5: The Phantom X Launches Today in Southeast Asia Across Multiple Platforms

Persona 5: The Phantom X, the highly anticipated spin-off to the popular turn-based JRPG Persona 5: The Phantom X is now officially available in Southeast Asia on iOS, Android, and PC platforms as of today, July 3, 2025. This Southeast Asia release brings the mobile Persona experience to a new region after its initial launch in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and South Korea back in April 2024.

Persona 5: The Phantom X introduces players to Wonder, a new main character who wakes up from a disturbing dream to find himself in a world without hope. He’s guided by mysterious new companions including Lufel, an eloquent owl, a long-nosed man, and a mysterious woman dressed in blue. Players must navigate both daily life and the Metaverse to face an approaching disaster.

The game has shown impressive popularity in the region, gathering over 1 million pre-registrations before launch. All pre-registered players will receive milestone rewards including 20 free contract draws, 15 free weapon draws, a free outfit for the main character, and exclusive avatar frame and player card. To celebrate the official launch, a special collaboration event featuring characters from the original Persona 5 runs from today through July 31, 2025, at 05:00 GMT+8.
