Publishers Square Enix and developers People Can Fly’s upcoming third-person shooter game titled “Outriders” has been delayed to 2nd February 2021.
Outriders is a one to three-player co-op RPG shooter set in an original, dark and desperate sci-fi universe.
As mankind bleeds out in the trenches of Enoch, you’ll create your own Outrider and embark on a journey across the hostile planet. With rich storytelling spanning a diverse world, you’ll leave behind the slums and shanty towns of the First City and traverse forests, mountains and desert in the pursuit of a mysterious signal.
Combining intense gunplay with violent powers and an arsenal of increasingly twisted weaponry and gear-sets.
Outriders which was previously delayed to be release on Holiday 2020 has been delayed yet again but this time to the aforementioned date for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam.
To those who have purchased the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions, fret not, you will be able to upgrade to the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series version free of charge!
Additionally, according to the press release, Square Enix announced that Outriders will feature full cross-play and cross-generation multiplayer across all formats, meaning that players across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Stadia will be able to play together.
