Once you are able to consider yourself a shinobi master, you will be able to engage in its multiplayer content that includes Raid Boss, Tower Battles and PVP battles.
The Naruto franchise has become somewhat of an institution, having spanned two generations, detailing the story of both father and son. It is definitely quite a feat for a series to remain relevant for this long, and it serves as a testament to the ability of author to keep things fresh. That said, we do not know much of the game even with this new information, but from every new update, it does look to be shaping into something interesting.
