Top Hat Studios and developer Regular Studio will launch MOTORSLICE on May 5, 2026. The game releases on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. It blends parkour movement with fast combat and a slice-of-life narrative set in a ruined megastructure.
The game recently appeared on Steam, where players can already wishlist it ahead of launch.
Parkour Action Inside a Collapsing Megastructure

MOTORSLICE places players in a massive ruined structure filled with machines and danger. You control a character called “P” who enters the facility with one goal: destroy every machine inside.
In addition, the game focuses heavily on movement. Players climb, run, slide, and wall-run through industrial ruins. They also use a chainsaw to cross gaps and engage enemies.
Because of this design, traversal and combat flow into each other instead of staying separate.
Fast Combat and Giant Machine Bosses

Combat in MOTORSLICE stays fast and punishing. Enemies die quickly, but they can also kill the player just as fast. As a result, every encounter demands quick reactions.
Moreover, the game includes massive machine bosses. These range from construction vehicles to huge industrial machines. Players must climb these bosses and destroy them piece by piece.
This system turns boss fights into multi-layered encounters that combine combat and platforming.
Atmospheric Exploration and Liminal Spaces

The megastructure also creates a strong sense of atmosphere. Dark corridors and brutalist architecture fill the environment. In addition, the game uses liminal spaces to build tension.
Players often rely on a flashlight while moving through darker areas. However, they must still keep momentum to survive.
Therefore, exploration feels both dangerous and atmospheric at the same time.
Slice-of-Life Story With a Destructive Twist

Although the setting feels harsh, MOTORSLICE presents a slice-of-life story. P arrives for what seems like a routine job. However, the mission quickly becomes far more dangerous than expected.
During the journey, P teams up with a malfunctioning drone companion named Orbie. Together, they push through the megastructure while treating destruction as part of daily work.
In contrast to its violent gameplay, the story keeps a grounded and routine tone.
Release Platforms and Steam Availability

MOTORSLICE launches on May 5, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Players can already wishlist the game on Steam ahead of release.
Overall, the game combines parkour traversal, fast combat, and atmospheric storytelling. It delivers a high-speed action experience built around movement, precision, and constant pressure inside a collapsing megastructure.
