Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always is a special made to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the series will be premiering on Netflix on April 19th.

The special will be a reunion story that will see the cast of the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers return to their roles decades later. Here’s the latest trailer Netflix recently revealed:

“In Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always, 30 years after the wise and powerful Zordon formed the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, the team comes face-to-face with a familiar threat from the past. In the midst of a global crisis, they are called on once again to be the heroes the world needs. Inspired by the legendary mantra from the franchise “Once a Ranger, always a Ranger, ”Once & Always reminds everyone when you become a Ranger, you are always a part of the Ranger family and always welcome.”

The following Power Rangers alumni have been confirmed as returning:

• Steve Cardenas as Rocky DeSantos, The Red Ranger
• Walter Jones as Zack Taylor, The Black Ranger
• David Yost as Billy Cranston, The Blue Ranger
• Catherine Sutherland as Katherine Hillard, The Yellow Ranger
• Johnny Yong Bosch as Adam Park
• Karan Ashley as Aisha Campbell
• Richard Steven Horvitz as Alpha 5
• Barbara Goodson as Rita Repulsa

Newcomer Charlie Kersh will also be joining as Minh Kwan, the daughter of Trini Kwan, the original Mighty Morphin Yellow Ranger.

It has also been confirmed that the Green and Yellow Mighty Morphin Rangers will be appearing in the special although it is currently unknown who their identities are. It’s possible that Minh Kwan could be taking over her mother’s role on the team although this has yet to be confirmed.

The green ranger is particularly mysterious as the special comes following the tragic passing of Jason David Frank who played the original green ranger Tommy Oliver (among many other ranger roles).

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always will be coming to Netflix on the 19th of April.
