Mecharashi Hits 1 Million Pre-Registrations, Unlocking All Rewards Ahead of Global Launch

Tentree Games has announced that their tactical sci-fi RPG Mecharashi has officially surpassed 1 million pre-registrations, just ahead of its global release on July 31 for Android, iOS, and PC.

With this massive milestone, all pre-registration rewards are now unlocked and will be available to claim in-game at launch.

What is Mecharashi?

Originally developed as Front Mission: Borderscape under Square Enix, the game was later rebranded and independently published by Black Jack Studio after the two parted ways. Following a successful launch in China (Winter 2023) and Japan (October 2024 as Metal Storm), Mecharashi is finally coming to global audiences.

Set in the war-torn, futuristic Milkhama Island, Mecharashi tasks players with leading a mercenary squad of diverse mech pilots, each with unique backstories and personalities. The game features strategic turn-based combat, where mechs can be damaged in different areas to reduce their mobility or firepower—for example, destroying a mech’s legs cripples movement, while targeting the cockpit can disable it completely.

Players will need to build teams, choose their pilots, and uncover the deep political intrigue lurking beneath the metal exterior of the battlefield.
