Lineage M is available in South Korea just 2 weeks ago, but now the game has already surpassed 7 million players, trumping the numbers set by Lineage 2: Revolution.
Lineage M is a mobile remake of the popular PC RPG, Lineage which features similar gameplay and user interface as the PC system. The game gains a total sale of 13 billion Korean Won (11.3 million USD) in just a day (as recorded on 1 July). NCsoft also claims the game earns an average of 9 billion Korean Won (7.8 million USD) every day, which means the game revenue is about 90 million. Besides, daily active users of the game reach a massive average of 1.5 million, with a peak at 2.1 million.
The game is totally doing good in the South Korea market now, I wonder will the game expands its market to the global audience too?
