Playdead is making Inside available in Japan on tomorrow on 15 December 2017 as a free-to-play game with in-app purchases. Unfortunately, no word on an Android release for the time being, although given the reputation of the game, there is a good chance that it will be making its way there as well.
To recap, if you have enjoyed Limbo, then you’d probably enjoy Inside as well. The game is pretty much the same with a gruesome story behind it as usual. It is a platformer where you control a boy in a dystopic world. You go on a journey solving environmental puzzles and ultimately avoid death.
Inside is currently available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and the PC. Much like Limbo before it, expect the transition to the mobile to be an exact experience, with no downgrades to speak of.
