Fruit Ninja is a casual game developed by Halfbrick Studios. They have released two versions of the game. One’s free and the other is paid. Players have been complaining about the paid Fruit Ninja not being updated whereas the free version was updated instead. Since then, Halfbrick replied in a twitter comment stating that they are working on an update specially for the paid version.

Thus, Fruit Ninja Tournament Edition was revealed. In the Amazon Champion of Fire Invitational video, Fruit Ninja was revealed as one of the games that will be part of the casual E-sports event. There was not much info on what are the updates or changes done for the title. However Halfbrick stated that it is their first casual PVP game that will be infiltrating into the E-sports scene.
