“Oh, and about those rumors you may have heard about a feature film or television series based on Elden Ring… I have nothing to say,” said Martin.

According to same blog post, the renowned fantasy author focused on world building for Elden Ring, while FromSoftware’s Hidetaka Miyazaki and his team handled everything else. With an apparent confirmation of an Elden Ring movie or TV series, people expect Martin to play a role in developing it. Miyazaki has also revealed recently that he would be open to an adaptation of the game which has the highest rated DLC rated, but only if a “very strong partner” were to come into play.
