Drunken Goddess Reflux, a roguelike survival game from publisher Alliance Arts and developer WHO YOU, is heading to PC via Steam in 2026. The game puts players in a life-or-death drinking contest against an alcoholic demon. The setup is simple but deadly: go shot-for-shot against this demon through a night of Russian Roulette-style drinking, where losing control could mean losing your life.

The demon’s goal? To keep you around forever, permanently.

Each round, players are faced with three shot glasses containing unknown amounts of alcohol with different strengths and effects. Choosing which ones to drink is a core part of the strategy. After every drink, players earn Trick Cards and can explore the bar to find lingering spirits that grant special skills.

As the night drags on, the drinks get stronger and staying sharp becomes harder. To fight off the effects of alcohol, players can resort to some extreme measures, like driving icepicks into their hands to stay alert.

Meanwhile, as the demon drinks more, she starts losing her grip on the rules of the game, giving players the opportunity to pull off tricks while she is not paying attention. The goal is to drink her under the table and walk away in one piece. Drunken Goddess Reflux will launch with support for English, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese.
