CareerBraves Is Now Hiring A Business Development Manager

CareerBraves, Malaysia’s only Games-centric job website, is now hiring a Business Development Manager to help handle communications for the site.

The Business Development job will naturally require you to handle the business end of CareerBraves – liasing with other companies who want to work with one of the top gaming job sites in Malaysia.

On top of that, successful applicants will have to be able to reach out to other companies as well- making sure that companies looking to let the public know about the latest jobs in the Games industry can do so via the only Games-centric job site in Malaysia. This also includes reaching out to other companies, letting them know that they have an opportunity to reach out to Malaysia’s growing talent pool.

Naturally, there are some caveats to applying for the job. First off, it’d be a huge help if any applicants had their some knowledge of the games industry. We’re not asking for a first-name basis with Phil Spencer, but knowing that Xbox doesn’t make God of War would probably be a good start. CareerBraves is a website that works with games, having an interest in them is naturally a plus.

Secondly, it would be appreciated if applicants had an understanding of HR (Human Resources) processes. Since you’ll be working as part of Careerbraves, it would help to actually know how hiring processes work. Your goal for this responsibility is to help connect talent to the companies that need them, so knowing that process would only make the process better.
