Bandai Namco has just published the teaser trailer for Digimon ReArise, its upcoming “friendship evolution RPG” developed for the Android and iOS platforms.
The gameplay in Digimon ReArise is said to be similar to Digimon World while the Digi-Town will be similar to Animal Crossing. The game will feature character designs by Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru who worked on the Digimon Adventure and Digimon Tamers series.
The story revolves around an unknown threat in the real world and Digital World as well as your friendship with Digimon. The original Digimon which you should be familiar with will be making appearances in the new mobile title too. Details are still very sparse at this point in time, although the trailer should give you an idea of what to expect.
