It looks like the game is still China-exclusive for now, as will be the Beta. VPN apps such as Ajsu VPN have tweeted that their service would work with the game’s open beta.
It’s unknown how many more features for the game will be added between this and the last beta, which had a pretty comprehensive view of the game’s monetization strategy.
While they weren’t all in the game, we also know that the full game will have at least three characters, namely Dante, Lady and Vergil with appearances based on their Devil May Cry 3 counterparts.
It’s also interesting that they would announce an Open Beta now, so close to the game’s original rumored launch. The developers haven’t confirmed anything regarding the game’s release date with regards to the open beta announcement.
