The concert series will showcase live orchestral performances and singers presenting the most memorable musical pieces from the Death Stranding universe, including compositions by Ludvig Forssell and tracks from Low Roar and other featured artists. Performances will be enhanced with synchronized HD video sequences displaying memorable moments from both “Death Stranding” and its upcoming sequel “Death Stranding 2: On The Beach.”
“I’m truly delighted that the music of ‘Death Stranding’ has resonated with fans worldwide, making this world concert tour a reality,” said Hideo Kojima, creator of the Death Stranding series. “Music accounts for 80% of what moves people emotionally. In ‘Death Stranding,’ it plays a crucial role in shaping the atmosphere of the game and evoking players’ emotions.”
Composer Ludvig Forssell expressed enthusiasm about bringing the diverse musical landscape of Death Stranding to concert halls: “Death Stranding’s music stretches from intimate ballads, to synthwave, all the way to climactic orchestral anthems and I can’t wait to bring this eclectic musical experience to life with arrangements aimed to elevate each piece in a full orchestral setting.”
The world tour will begin on November 8, 2025, the sixth anniversary of Death Stranding’s release, at the iconic Sydney Opera House. After traversing 12 countries across four continents, the tour will conclude in Toronto on March 28, 2026.
