Japan-based game developer Craft Egg has just announced that it is currently working on a new AR title based on its BanG Dream! Girls Band Party! mobile rhythm game. Known simply as BanG Dream! Girls Band Party AR!, the game will be making its appearance at the Girls Party! In Tokyo event which will take place between 13 January 2018 and 14 January 2018.
All 25 characters from the original rhythm game will be showing up in the AR title, with 41 different conversations for players to explore. Furthermore, players will also be able to take screenshots and share them via social media.
For the uninitiated, BanG Dream! is a girl music group franchise which boasts an anime and a manga series under its belt. The game features original songs specially created for the franchise as well as covers for anime songs.
