Bethesda Softworks and Bethesda Game Studios have revealed Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition, marking ten years since the game’s original release. The new edition launches on November 10 for all platforms where Fallout 4 is currently available, with a Nintendo Switch 2 version planned for 2026. Fallout 4 is currently playable on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC through Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG, and Microsoft Store.
Fallout 4 originally launched in November 2015, introducing players to a post-apocalyptic Boston and the surrounding Massachusetts area known as the Commonwealth. The game continued the series’ tradition of open-world exploration, player choice, and survival in a world changed by nuclear war. Over the past decade, the game has received various updates, expansions, and community-created content through the Creation Club.
What’s Included
The Anniversary Edition packages the complete Fallout 4 experience in one release. Players will get the base game along with all six official add-ons: “Automatron,” “Far Harbor,” “Nuka-World,” and the three “Workshop” expansions.

Beyond the main content, the edition includes over 150 pieces of Creation Club content. This collection features popular items from the community marketplace as well as previously unreleased content. The additions range from new weapons and cosmetic options to gameplay changes and quest expansions. Players can also choose different breeds for Dogmeat, the companion dog, including husky and Dalmatian variants.
The Anniversary Edition will be available on November 10 for existing platforms. The Nintendo Switch 2 version is set to arrive in 2026, bringing the complete Fallout 4 experience to Nintendo’s next-generation console.
