Bakuso Kyoudai Lets & Go Mobile Game Gets A Nostalgic New Trailer

Bakuso Kyoudai, also known as Lets & Go is getting its own mobile game, built around the sport of Mini 4WD racing.

The game has released a new trailer, showing what fans can expect to do in the new game alongside being open for pre-registration on TapTap right now. No release date has been given for the game, however.

The Bakuso Kyoudai mobile game features multiple cars and characters from the original series, such as the main characters Retsu and Go, as well as their signature cars Magnum Saber and Sonic Saber.

It looks like gameplay will revolve around building and upgrading your cars, though it’s not sure how these upgrade systems will work just yet. Considering the real sport’s focus on tires and motor parts, these could play an important part in upgrading your car for the game.

According to the game’s TapTap page, racing will be fairly simple, similar to the actual Mini 4WD hobby. THe page describes it as being a one-button experience, but hasn’t mentioned exactly how it will be implemented in the game.

Similarly, it has mentioned that while you’ll be able to use cars from the anime, the game will include its own customization tools so you can make a 4WD to call your own.

Bakuso Kyoudai is a franchise meant to promote Tamiya’s Mini 4WD series of toys. Aside from the line of toys it also received an anime, featuring the two main characters Retsu and Go (Literally, Lets & Go). The hobby itself involves building and tuning the cars, accounting for things like engine power, tire friction and just how cool your car looks.
