Apple TV revealed its 2026 programming schedule at a press event today, announcing premiere dates for dozens of original series and films alongside expanded sports coverage.
The streaming service will release new content every week throughout the year, featuring both fresh projects and returning favorites. The lineup includes shows from major stars like Keanu Reeves, Elle Fanning, and Anya Taylor-Joy, plus the highly anticipated fourth season of Ted Lasso coming this summer.
New Series Highlights
Several new shows received premiere dates at the event. Imperfect Women, a psychological thriller starring Elisabeth Moss, Kerry Washington, and Kate Mara, debuts March 18. The show follows three friends whose lives are shattered by a crime, exploring themes of guilt and betrayal. Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed arrives May 20, starring Tatiana Maslany and Jake Johnson. The dark comedy follows a divorced mom who believes she witnessed a murder while dealing with a custody battle.

Cape Fear, inspired by the 1991 Martin Scorsese film, premieres June 5. Javier Bardem and Amy Adams star as a released killer seeking revenge on the lawyers who put him away. Martin Scorsese and Steven Spielberg serve as executive producers. Lucky, based on a bestselling novel, debuts July 15 with Anya Taylor-Joy playing a woman forced to return to her criminal past to escape it permanently.
Film Releases
The film slate features a mix of genres. Outcome (April 10) is a dark comedy directed by and starring Jonah Hill, alongside Keanu Reeves and Cameron Diaz. The story follows a Hollywood star being blackmailed who tries to identify who’s behind it by making amends with people from his past. The Dink (July 24) stars Jake Johnson as a failed tennis player who discovers pickleball at his father’s country club. The comedy also features Ed Harris, Mary Steenburgen, and tennis player Andy Roddick.

Action films include Mayday (September 4), a Cold War buddy comedy with Ryan Reynolds and Kenneth Branagh, and Matchbox The Movie (October 9), based on the toy line and starring John Cena and Jessica Biel. Way of the Warrior Kid (November 20) stars Chris Pratt as a Navy SEAL who helps his bullied nephew through a training program based on his military experience.
Returning Shows
Popular series are also coming back. Monarch: Legacy of Monsters returns February 27 for its second season, with the story moving to Skull Island. The cast of the global hit series took the stage at the press event to unveil the official trailer for the 10-episode second season. Kurt Russell, Wyatt Russell, Anna Sawai, Kiersey Clemons, Ren Watabe, Mari Yamamoto, Joe Tippett, and Anders Holm return for the new season.

The Last Thing He Told Me season two premieres February 20, starring Jennifer Garner. For All Mankind season five arrives March 27, continuing the space drama’s alternate history timeline. Your Friends & Neighbors, already renewed for a third season, debuts season two on April 3 with Jon Hamm returning alongside new cast member James Marsden.
Sugar brings back Colin Farrell as a Los Angeles private detective for season two on June 19. Shrinking season three is currently streaming, with the comedy recently renewed for a fourth season.
Sports Programming
Apple TV announced it will become the U.S. broadcast partner for Formula 1’s 2026 season. During the press event, Apple’s Eddy Cue and F1 CEO Stefano Domenicali discussed the partnership. The racing coverage joins Apple’s existing sports lineup, which includes all MLS soccer matches and Friday Night Baseball. All sports content is available with an Apple TV subscription.
The announcement follows success for Apple’s sports film F1, which received four Academy Award nominations including Best Picture and became the highest-grossing sports film ever. Apple TV said more original titles will be announced soon as part of its expanding 2026 slate.
