Angoramon DIM Card Teases A Line For All The Leomon Fans

New details regarding the Angoramon  DIM card have surfaced, showcasing some of the later stage Digimon you’ll be able to get from the card

The biggest bombshell reveal was Angoramon’s apparent affinity for the Leomon line- with digimon like Grappleomon and Saberleomon both appearing in the ultimate and mega slots, making a Champion-level Leomon all but confirmed for the line.

One interesting thing to note is the aforementioned affinity for Leomon- Leomon is a recurring Digimon, having appeared in both Digimon 01 and Digimon Tamers. Leomon appearing in Ghost Game isn’t entirely out of the question, though the focus on Grappleomon and Saberleomon might be more due to popularity than any hint about the plot for the anime.

Do note that this was only a partial reveal, and one more Ultimate and all the Champion Digimon are also blanked out. This is probably to avoid spoilers for Digimon Ghost Game, since the reveal of new Champion Digimon are usually big moments in the anime.

The Angoramon DIM Card comes in a two-pack with Jellymon, having been announced as part of the lineup for the Digivice V, the new Vital Bracelet used by the characters in Digimon Ghost Game. Gammamon is also available separately, and the three will still be compatible with the standard Vital Bracelet.

It’ll be available in December 2021, while the Digivice V and Gammamon will be available in October.
