eFootball PES 2021 Season Update and the rest of Konami’s football games now have a new ambassador who is none other than Neymar Jr.
In an official press release, the Paris Saint-Germain forward stated the following.
“I am honoured to have signed a contract with KONAMI. I would like to continue playing with passion and stir up much excitement in the world of soccer along with the PES and Winning Eleven series!”
Neymar Jr. also took to Twitter to share the good news, expressing:
“So excited to announce that I’ve partnered with KONAMI as an Official Ambassador for #PES2021 and beyond. We’ll have an iconic PES moment soon, so come and play!”
Neymar Jr. is an exceptional footballer whose remarkable career has led him to become the second-highest goal scorer for the Brazilian national football team, with over 68 goals in 111 matches as of July 14. Already regarded by many as one of the best footballers in the world, Neymar Jr. displays the same passion and determination as that of Konami’s current partnered footballers, and the company will proudly support him in his career.
As a result of this partnership, the next player to appear on the cover of future updates to eFootball PES 2021 and 2022 will most likely be Neymar Jr.
