Genshin Impact Serenitea Pot receives Companion update

As mentioned in the latest update livestream preview, the Serenitea Pot feature in Genshin Impact is getting a Companion update! In version 1.6, the Companion Move-in feature for your Serenitea Pot will be unlocked when you complete the “Idle Teapot Talk” World Quest. Once complete, you can invite them to hang out. Your Companions will be marked on the map, so you don’t need to worry about missing them.

Invited Companions will continuously gain Companionship EXP, which you can collect simultaneously with your Realm Bounty. The higher the Adeptal Energy, the faster the rate of Friendship Levels you gain. You’ll be able to converse with your Companions, with more conversations unlocking at higher Friendship Levels. Increase your Serenitea Pot’s Trust level to host even more Companions!

Companions also have their respective favourite Furnishing Set, which you can obtain from the Realm Depot. Companions who favour those sets will prepare gifts – including Primogems (!).

It would look like you’ll need to collect the gifts from a previous Companion before you can have another who favours the same set.
