Summoners War adds Spectator Mode and Custom Battle in newest update

New PvP features – Spectator Mode and Custom Battle has finally arrived in Summoners War! Now you can watch the live battle between pro players, learn from them and improve yourself.

You can create or join a Spectator Room to watch any of the live 1:1 World Arena battles. Every Spectator Room can hold up to 30 users, with an exclusive chat so players within the same room can chat and exchange opinions. You can also add the gameplay videos to your Favourites list to replay it anytime.

Other than the Spectator Mode, there is a new Custom Battle (Contest mode) where you can customize World Arena PvP battles based on your preference. Up to 50 players can enter a Contest Room, while the room owner will be able to oversee the contest. You can send battle requests too, and even share the Contest Room to the others. You can also watch the battle you missed in real-time, or utilize the replay features to watch the previous battles.

Meanwhile, the new update expands Monster Slots, Monster Storage and Rune Inventory, so now you can accommodate more Monsters and Runes.

Summoners War is apparently moving forward towards e-sports with these new updates, I would say it is obviously good for the fans and the industry. Various events are ongoing to celebrate the 3rd Anniversary of Summoners Wars, you can find them on their official Facebook page.
