As with every new version, the Developer Discussion for Genshin Impact‘s version 1.5 discusses various points you can expect to either come with the version update, or their plans for the future:-
- Original Resin requirements for weekly challenges
- The first three bosses each week in Trounce Domains and Lupus Boreas, Dominator of Wolves, will be halved (60 to 30)
- Note that it’s only for the first three weekly bosses
- Aiming on mobile
- Aimed Shot Mode camera sensitivity levels added (from 1 – 5 to 1 – 8)
- Camera acceleration mode for aimed shot, where camera movement speed changes dynamically with the speed of your finger
- UI Border Offset option to adjust UI interface to match your screen
- Number of items possessed can be seen in the Crafting, Forging and Cooking menus
- New mail marking function so that you don’t accidentally delete mail
- Mail saving under development
- Later game versions will display character combat voice lines
- Confirmation when deleting friends
- Security features in development
- Will be tested in some regions first before full rollout
- Fixed Statue regeneration rate bug
There is an additional FAQ for the Serenitea (housing) feature as well:
- Furnishing materials obtained from cutting down trees, mining ore, collecting items
- Also from increasing Teapot Spirit Trust Rank, redemption at Realm Depot / Teapot Traveling Salesman
- Gardening system coming soon

- Sanctifying Essence / Unction for artifact upgrades
- Expiring resin
- Character roster can hang out in the Serenitea Pot in version 1.6
- More styles of furnishing will be added over time
- No gifting friends furnishings yet
- Teapot Traveling Salesman will visit every weekend for unique furnishings
- Can also visit friend Realms to exchange for theirs
