The extended cut of the title announcement video for Forspoken reveals more gameplay footage and details for the upcoming game. You can watch the trailer in question below:

Ironically, the extended cut is actually shorter than the title announcement video for Forspoken released last week. However, there are more gameplay sequences featured in this new video compared to the last.

The extended cut shows protagonist Frey cursing at a bear as she fights it. The dragon in last week’s video also appears earlier in the video this time.

Ella Balinska, the actress who plays Frey, also has a longer commentary in the extended cut. Balinska reveals:

“Forspoken is the first video game that I have been involved in, and is my first time doing performance capture and I am loving every single second of it. Frey is a character I immediately connected with when the project was first brought to me. She’s real, she’s raw. She’s a girl who both literally and figurative has lost her way and she’s fighting for survival as she discovers where she fits in the world.”

Previously known by its working title of Project Athia, Forspoken is an upcoming game that is planned to release in 2022 for PS5 and PC.
