Pre-registrations for the My Hero Academia game, My Hero Academia: Ultra Impact has been opened. The closed beta that was announced at its initial reveal concluded in November 2020, and looks like the game is on track for a 2021 release. My Hero Academia: Ultra Impact has also gotten a TV spot, which you can check out below:

Preview images are up on the website, with players taking control of three heroes to a team. The game’s presented in this 3D model, SD style, with 2D splash art also in the game. It’s a turn based game, where you can see the units’ turn order before you execute your actions. There’s the typical elemental chart, with five of them in the game, presumably fire > wind > water > fire, while dark and light are weak to each other. There’s also the base which you will be able to customize, and see your units hang around in there. You will be able to communicate with them to some extent as well.

Every 10,000 pre-registrations will give out 50 Hero Gems, which is equivalent to a single pull in the gacha, up to a maximum of 10 pulls.
