Balan Wonderworld Announces marasy Collaboration

Balan Wonderworld is kicking up the hype for release by having a special musical collaboration with musician marasy, performing tracks from the game’s soundtrack.

The collaboration kicks off with a social media campaign, with marasy performing Hurray!!, the title track for Balan Wonderworld. It’s viewable on YouTube for free, along with a special 5-track medley featuring more music from Balan Wonderworld performed by marasy.

In addition to the YouTube releases, Square Enix will also be streaming a special pre-show mini album of the Balan Wonderworld soundtrack, which includes the arrangements by marasy.

The mini album includes the Trailer version of the main theme, as well as It’s Showtime! and Hurray!!. Additionally, it will also include the Piano version of Hurray!! and marasy’s 5-song medley.

Balan Wonderworld drops next week, and is a 3D action platformer where children go on an adventure through the Wonderworld looking for a piece of their own hearts. They do this by saving the hearts of others, from monsters born of their own dark emotions. The game had previously released a demo, letting fans try out parts of three of the game’s 12 worlds.

He started posting his piano performance videos on YouTube and Nico Nico Douga from 2008, and his YouTube channel has been subscribed by 1.74 million people, and videos played over 700 million times ever since. In 2010, he made his major debut with a Vocaloid music arrangement album
