Following after the end of the Unreconciled Stars event, the Gliding Challenge mini event has been detailed for Genshin Impact. 

Hughes the adventurer is a Wind Glider enthusiast. He’s traveling the world, and it seems he has discovered a few perfect gliding spots recently…

This event will feature time-trial gliding challenges, with Talent Level-Up Materials, Primogems, Mora, and Hero’s Wit up for grabs. The event will run from 4 December 10:00 to 14 December 03:59 server time. Players will need to reach Adventure Rank 20 or above, and complete Hughes’ quest, Fly High.

The Gliding Challenge in Genshin Impact involves seven different gliding courses, with one unlocking over a seven day period during the event. Find the icon on the map, head to the starting point and complete the challenge to win rewards.

Sprint and Ascend will be new techniques available specially for the challenge. Complete the course as quickly as possible to collect more insignia and to get a higher score. Reaching target scores will grant medals and rewards. If you take too long, you will fail the challenge and will need to restart. The challenge score progress meter only records your personal best for that particular course. Before the event ends, you can attempt challenges as many times as you like to improve your top score.
