Another Eden dropped a brand new update trailer titled: First Knight and the Holy Sword and it looks absolutely stunning!
Takeru Sakurada, who handles the scenario and direction for the game is writing and directing this new update.
It seems like this update will be mainly focusing on the two characters of Anabel and Deirdre, as they can be seen multiple times throughout this trailer video.
The video shows a heavy narrative story featuring some returning allies as well as some new enemies. Here’s to hoping for a ton of new update content for fans to enjoy!
Although there was no released date of when this update will drop, we can only hope that this update will be dropping soon!
Story
The story of the maiden wielding a demon sword has come to an end.
Yet the cycle remains unbroken as it perpetuates without end.
There exists no beginning in an eternity with no end.
Even if they were to exist, they would remain intangible, ever out of reach… Or so it was believed.
The world can be easily turned around.
In a world where all is twisted, what is the burden that she must shoulder once again?
This is the story of the one first known to begin this endless cycle.

A recent Reddit AMA was hosted by Mr. Takeru himself where he answer some of the fan’s question regarding Another Eden.
While some of the questions are more general and not about this new update, here are some of the more interesting questions that was answered that fans might find worth noting:
One fan asked Mr. Takeru if there were any unfinished work that didn’t made it into the release.
Mr.Takeru answered:
“Originally I had hoped to finish IDA 3 before the release, but it proved to be a bit dense. We ended up releasing it for the second anniversary.”
Another question was asked regarding about future collaborations with other games in the future where Mr.Takeru replied with:
“Unfortunately I can’t talk about what future collaborations there may or may not be.”
One more interesting question a fan asked about the plans to explore the history of the other races/clans in other continents/side-stories? For example the pirates, dwarves, dark elves etc.
Mr.Takeru answered with:
“Yes, I do plan on fleshing out the other races and clans! But instead of focusing on just one race, I’m thinking of doing something a little more broad and inclusive of other races.”
