A gate to global mobile e-sports has opened as the first ever offline tournament for Com2uS’ Summoners War ended in great success. The tournament was held in World Arena Invitational at the OGN E-stadium Giga Arena in Mapo-gu, Seoul on 19 March 2017. Hosted by an entertainer, Joon Huh, and a former professional gamer, Min Kang, the event was broadcasted worldwide on OGN Youtube channel as well.
Among the pre-registered teams, the best 4 were chosen to attend the tournament. For the tournament, every team consists of 3 players while whoever wins the first 2 out of 3 games becomes the winner. The final victory was claimed by Team “Kissdanya”. A big congratulations!
The 1st tournament of Summoners War has attracted more than 1,000 visitors, while a total of 3,000 audience watched it live on Youtube. Besides, the live video recorded over 19,000 views within 12 hours after the event ends! Watch the tournament video below:
Com2uS were grateful for all the support from the fans, and promised to work on developing Summoners War as a mobile e-sports festival.
