Final Fantasy VII Remake delayed to Apr 10

Final Fantasy VII Remake has been delayed

The Final Fantasy remake has been delayed!

Square Enix has delayed the release of the Final Fantasy VII Remake. Previously planned to be released on 3rd of March, the worldwide release date has been pushed back to the 10th of April. The company has released an official announcement regarding this.

Final Fantasy VII Remake producer, Yoshinori Kitase had this to say:

We know that so many of you are looking forward to the release of Final Fantasy VII Remake and have been waiting patiently to experience what we have been working on. In order to ensure we deliver a game that is in-line with our vision, and the quality that our fans who have been waiting for deserve, we have decided to move the release date to April 10, 2020.

We had previously talked about the unexpected story changes last time. Perhaps this was one of the reasons that led to the Final Fantasy Remake delay.
